All orders that are placed through our online store are an offer by you to state you are purchasing the particular item in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Any order placed through our website is an offer by you to purchase each particular item in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order you make using our Website for any reason. Please select carefully. While every effort has been made to ensure our products/colours are represented accurately, different colour calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction.
Certain information is collected when you purchase items from our online store. This information is strictly to allow us to deliver your order and is never shared with any outside source. Your privacy is important to us. Please see our privacy page for more information.
PRICES, GST AND TAXES
PRICE & GST
All prices on our Website are listed in Australian Dollars and they include GST (where applicable).
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our Goods at any time without notice to you.
Eco Hair Ties reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion.
All prices include GST (where applicable) and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices do not include delivery – delivery charges will be applied accordingly.
REPAIRS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If there is a major problem with the Goods, a refund or a replacement may be available.
If there is a minor problem with your Goods (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) we may repair the Goods instead of offering you a replacement or a refund.
Unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to us.
If your products are damaged in transit or faulty on arrival, please contact us via our contact page within 24 hours of delivery (please attached photos of the damaged items) along with you proof of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, or change your mind after purchase you may be eligible to return them for an e-credit.
To be eligible for a refund credit, you must:
- Have purchased the item within the last 28 days.
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know you are returning an item and the reason, do not send back without emailing us first.
- The product must be returned to us in its original condition including any packaging and tags.
- Return the item (at your expense) and provide us with tracking if using registered post.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
If the Goods are damaged or not of acceptable quality, you may have rights under:
Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Australian Consumer Law); Other consumer laws applying in each Australian State or Territory; and/orOur Refunds Policy below
Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products, all purchases are final and refunds cannot be given for hygiene and safety reasons.We do not accept refunds on sale items
If your products are damaged in transit or you believe them to be faulty on arrival, please email us within 24 hours of delivery- our email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach photos of the damaged items to the email for review. Do not send back without contacting us first.
Any e-credit received will be valid for 12 months and is redeemable online at www.ecohairties.com.au
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.
